Global Talent Beauty Cup® is one of the largest and most prestigious international competitions in the beauty industry. Founded in London, United Kingdom, in 2022, the championship brings together leading beauty professionals from more than 30 countries across Europe, Asia, North America, and South America, making it a truly global professional event.

The championship is officially organized by the International Beauty Association for Trainers and Judges (IBATAJ), and the GTB CUP® trademark is officially registered and protected in the United Kingdom, the United States, and the European Union.

The competition is held annually in multiple countries and includes both live championship stages and international online platforms, allowing broad participation from beauty professionals worldwide. Championship stages are currently organized in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Fort Lauderdale, and Los Angeles in the United States; London in the United Kingdom; Milan in Italy; Cluj-Napoca in Romania; and Utrecht in the Netherlands.

GTB CUP events are held in conjunction with some of the most prestigious beauty trade exhibitions in the United States, including the Be+Well Beauty & Wellness Show New York, IBS New York, America’s Beauty Show Chicago, and the Be+Well Show Fort Lauderdale, providing competitors with international exposure and recognition within the global beauty industry.

Annually, the championship brings together more than 3,000 participants across different beauty sections, including Nails, Hair, Make-Up, Permanent Make-Up, Brows, Lashes, and related professional categories.

Each event is evaluated by an international judging board representing more than 20 countries worldwide. The judging panel includes recognized educators, competition judges, trainers, salon owners, brand technologists, and industry experts, ensuring a high level of professional assessment, fairness, transparency, and international credibility.
