Founded in London, UK, in 2022, the championship was established by Viktoria Kysil, an internationally acclaimed competition judge, trainer, and mentor. With a background of organizing over 15 live championships since 2014, Viktoria serves as the Head Judge and the visionary founder of both the Global Talent Beauty Cup and the International Beauty Association of Trainers and Judges.

Her professionalism and passion for education have empowered not only judges and trainers, but also countless competitors — many of whom have triumphed at world-class events like OMC, Nailympia, Nailympion, and Diamond Nails, achieving high rankings both individually and in team scores. Viktoria has also collaborated with top-tier beauty organizations such as CIDESCO to lead high-level educational programs and certifications.
