Founded in London, UK, in 2022, the championship was established by Viktoria Kysil, an internationally acclaimed competition judge, trainer, and mentor. With a background of organizing over 20 live championships since 2014, Viktoria serves as the Head Judge and the visionary founder of both the Global Talent Beauty Cup and the International Beauty Association of Trainers and Judges.

Her professionalism and passion for education have empowered not only judges and trainers, but also countless competitors — many of whom have triumphed at world-class events like OMC Hairworld, Nailympion, Nailympia and Diamond Nails, achieving high rankings both individually and in team scores. Viktoria has also collaborated with top-tier beauty organizations such as CIDESCO to lead high-level educational programs and certifications.

The Global Talent Beauty Cup® is an officially registered trademark in the United Kingdom, the United States, and the European Union, symbolizing excellence, integrity, and innovation in the global beauty industry.

The championship is organized in collaboration with the International Beauty Association of Trainers and Judges® (IBATAJ) — an officially registered trademark in the United Kingdom — an international professional organization dedicated to advancing education, transparency, and professional standards in the beauty industry worldwide.

Over the past years, The Global Talent Beauty Cup® has established itself as a truly international championship, successfully hosting both live and online competitions as part of some of the most prestigious beauty exhibitions in the United States, including: Be+Well Show (formerly IBS) – New York and America’s Beauty Show – Chicago
